À éviter absolument! Accueil hautain et sexiste

Vraiment un accueil désagrable! Le responsable de l'hotel avait perdu ma réservation (car les mails d'hotel.com allaient dans ses indésirabes... belle gestion...). M'ont laissé 30 min pour arriver alors que j'avais réservé des 16h30, le soir où les eurockéennes venaient d'annuler et où on ne trouvait pas de taxi. Sous peine de ne pas m'ouvrir... M'ont demandé de communiquer mes identifiants bancaires par téléphone. Ont devancé d'1h l'heure de départ le lendemain, malgré ce qui était indiqué sur la réservation. Et surtout, en plus de toute cette mauvaise gestion... le responsable s'est cru malin en enchainant les propos sexistes... Je déconseille vraiment. Mal géré, mal accueilli et d'un autre siècle...

Sur un malentendu le premier contact téléphonique était un peu froid mais très vite la chaleur c’est installée 😄 les patrons étaient très gentils, et serviables ( ils nous ont conduit dans un resto sympa ) nous ont permis de mettre nos vélos en sécurité . Chambre super propre rien à redire

Séjour de 2 nuitées .Chambre propre et bien chauffée , hôtel calme , à proximité de Belfort. et du Ballon d'Alsace. bémol: couverture avec des traces de brûlures de cigarette , salle d'eau dans son jus des années 80. robinetterie fonctionnelle mais complètement usée. petit déjeuner continental en option fruste , cher pour la qualité. chambre non faite pour la deuxième nuit.
