I wish I could share the photographs that I took beautiful sunrise this morning, but you couldn’t see it through the grime and dirt on the windows, not a single electrical plug, and the two rooms that we rented would hold a plug without it falling out of the wall. Dirty washcloths wrapped up in the shower curtain and fold it up and when you extend the shower curtain there, it is dried out from the previous person. Rented an ADA accessible room and they tried to push us off into a standard twin queen with a walk-in shower and a medical chair to sit on in the shower with no showerhead extension. The only saving grace that I found was one young woman who had just started two weeks ago at the job. She managed to sort out the issue the one that was on duty, dealing with me, apparently got her feelings, hurt when I complained that the room that we rented wasn’t what we are rented and told me to contact Expedia as opposed to rectifying the situation when I’m showing her the email from Expedia with exactly what we were rented versus what she gave us. She called the manager and informed me that she would be in in the morning when we checked out the next morning, I’m assuming it was the manager because I watched her walk in while I sat there drinking my coffee at the nonexistent breakfast bar and the nonexistent restaurantand when I checked out, she said nothing not one word I will be writing Wyndham. They need to remove their name from this particular location. It is destroying their

Even thought they has a non smoking policy, the place smelled horrible. I will not stay again and won’t recommend this hotel in broken bow. Old bathroom and the key to get in never works. Staff not friendly either seems like low pay job.

Staff was not friendly. Did not smile or greet us upon arrival. Beds were very hard and the pillows were flat. A/C controls had tape over them so we could not adjust the room temperature. Room was dusty.

The room smelled like mold and felt damp. The walls were stained with dirt. The bathroom light wouldn't stop flickering. The fan was incredible loud in the bathroom. The room looks nothing like pictures advertised. I did immediately leave and am in a refund process.
