Sandpiper’s Nest is a cozy, comfortable two-level, one bedroom condo located within easy walking distance of Silver Lake harbor, Ocracoke’s Lighthouse, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch as you watch the island come to life. This unit comes with shared pool access to refresh after a day at the beach. This Saturday turn day property has been tastefully decorated with the living room and dining room located downstairs. Hardwood floors are throughout the whole unit, making this a great fit to bring your four-legged companion as well. The queen-sized bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are upstairs with an open floor plan. This property does provide all linens and towels to help with the ease of packing for your unforgettable vacation to Ocracoke Island.

Dirty
The shower head had black mold on it. Got a spray cleaner from the rental company and cleaned it ourselves. Our socks were black on the bottom after wearing on the floor in the house. No baking pans. The rental company only had a muffin tin and we went to pick it up. The dishwasher leaked water on the floor so we hand-washed everything after that disaster. Porch furniture cushions were filthy.

Charming and clean condo
Condo was perfect for the two of us with plenty of amenities, including a private pool for the condo complex. We were pleased to find the kitchen well stocked since my wife and I enjoy going to the seafood market and having fresh seafood. The unit is close to the village and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and activities.
The Blue Heron Realty team were extremely helpful in answering questions prior to check-in and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Would highly recommend to all of my friends and family.
