Ground level decking overlooking the dock and the canal. 'Widow's Walk' room and roof top deck with 360 degree views for spectacular sunrises, sunsets or nighttime stargazing. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with Pyramid (Queen in middle, Twin on top and an additional Twin trundle bed underneath). Loft area with 2 Twins and 2 three-inch thick twin foam mattresses. Sleep sofa in the second floor living area. An additional hot/cold inside shower with double shower heads is located in the entry level. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, satellite TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Washer and dryer. The exterior offers private *boat dockage, bulkhead, a large screened porch, decks, charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking for 2 cars. *New for 2026* Sheets and towels are provided. Nice, quiet spot for Thanksgiving getaway

Nice and quiet area. We loved the Back Road side of the island with local shops, although everything had short hours due to the time of year. This is a spot we would love to get back to in summer.
