The primary suite is located on the upper level and features a king bed, cathedral ceilings, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Please note that the bathtub jets are non-operational; however, the tub is fully functional for soaking. The remaining sleeping quarters on the upper level include a second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a fourth bedroom with three twin beds. The home accommodates up to 8 guest.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with cookware and essentials for preparing family meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area and a living room with a gas fireplace. A private screened porch offers a shaded outdoor space for relaxation.
** Use of community facilities (indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, fitness center, and the clubhouse) is an additional flat fee of $200 for all reservations. Must be paid in advance. Once booking is made, please send message for instructions **
