The property was clean, good location and was exactly as described in the listing. We did find that the internet was very slow to the point we could not use it to even manage our emails. I would recommend that the owners have someone clean the master bedroom carpet. It was rather stained. The biggest issue was that on our first and second day at the condo we had roofers starting at 9;00 am taking the roof off and then the next day replacing the roof. It would have been nice to know that was the situation for 2 of our 4 days. It was very loud and we had to leave the condo for both days due to the noise. This was a big miss and we should have been notified as this had been scheduled by HOA awhile ago the neighbor told us. Did not leave with a good feeling due to the missed communication.

Really needs attention. Also as far as you can get from amenities

I would not consider staying here again. It is as far as you can get from the Pavillion/building with the pool, playground, basketball court, etc (also these are all fenced in completely - very uninviting). There is minimal green space (except for the golf course but I wasn’t about to throw the ball for my dog there). For the actual unit: Needs some real attention. Stained carpets and questionably stained/dirty couches. The heat worked but the only room that got warm (mostly too warm) was the loft while the rest of the unit was cold. Also, gas fireplace should be made available, at least during winter rentals. I am a grown adult with kids and I think the dishwasher is older than me. All shower heads need to be replaced. They are caked with scale and do not function properly. Overall this is a “you get what you pay for” rental (based on prices of other places in the area for the week we stayed).

The condo was very nice - beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to Bethany Beach. In order to use the amenities at this property it is a $50 fee. There is a pool right outside of the condo you can’t use because it is “homeowners only.” We were able to use the pool (indoor and outdoor) at the main clubhouse. There was a subtle feeling that renters were not welcome. Not by everyone - but by some.

Wonderful stay!

Property is well kept with plenty of room. Furniture is comfortable and fits in the space inside and outside sections. Community is excellent to walk the dog around bike or play golf.

Amazing Stay

Loved staying here! Neighborhood is very well maintained and beautiful to walk around with you pup or just for a morning stroll. Not to mention one of the outdoor pools is literally across from this place. The property was extremely spacious with plenty of room to relax - including two outdoor spaces. Overall, the space was very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room and bedroom furniture was comfy and the house was very well cleaned. Cute decor as well! Driving into Bethany & Rehobeth was a breeze. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Help Needed

Great location, generally clean. Bedding in one room was filthy. Internet was not working when we arrived. Property manager had to correct it....but still had problems with it after he left. Advertised a fireplace (one of the reasons we rented), but the gas was not turned on so we were unable to use it.

Beautiful but..

The house is very nice, well shared but I think that the cleaning staff does not do a good job, the bedding in a main room was dirty, I contacted the representatives they told me that they were going to change it for a clean one but they never did it very Too bad because I didn't sleep comfortable.
