PIERfect VIEW is a 1 bedroom Second Floor (4-sets of stairs/NO ELEVATOR) Beachfront condo that is located in the sought after Condominium Complex called Ocean Cove. The unit will accommodate a couple or a small family(4-adults and 2-children). It is PIERfect for that romantic get-away or for your young family to enjoy the beach, ocean front pool and nearby activities! The ocean front unit features updated flooring, smooth ceilings, quartz countertops, tiled back splash, counter lighting, new tile around jetted tub, brand new '25 queen sleeper sofa and queen bed. The small bunk beds are smaller than a twin and will only accommodate a child. We are most excited about our enlarged custom tiled shower with glass door!

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the waves and sunset on the oceanfront deck relaxing in our Andirondack style chairs and table. The main bedroom features a queen bed with a (Novaform) memory foam mattress and a whirlpool tub. Tuck the little ones in the Bunk Bed nook. A Queen sleeper sofa offers additional bedding.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We have added a Keurig coffee pot for those of you who have their favorite pods to bring as well a large capacity brew pot. Both TV's are equipped with Amazon fire stick. Netflix is included along with YouTube TV app and highspeed internet. The beach and pool couldn't be any closer. The oceanfront pool provides lounge chairs for your comfort and a shower to rinse all the sand away. There is also a picnic area for grilling your fresh caught fish that you caught off the shore or pier close by. You are only a short walk from restaurants, shops, beach rentals, fishing pier, arcade, museum and putt putt golf. The unit offers a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience as well. There is plenty of parking for your car and a parking tag to hang from your mirror will be in the unit for you. A storage space on the ground will be available for you to store your beach/pool items. You are welcome to use and return the items that are in the storage area.

The location right on the beach was ideal. The condo was lovely, well appointed, and quiet. The bedroom window fronts on 1st street, which wasn’t an issue during our stay but wonder if it might be noisy at night during the busy parts of the Summer.

This unit was clean and well equipped, except for shower soap and shampoo, which the traveler should plan to supply. The view of the ocean from the deck is great, although a bit obstructed on the side by the stairway to the 3rd floor. We were sad that we weren't able to enjoy more time on the deck as we had rain the 2nd of our two days. Parking is below the building to the front.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had to come into town all of a sudden and was lucky enough to find your condo available. It gave us a great place stay. It was clean and beautiful. It was nice being so close to everything too. I would highly recommend this condo to those visiting OIB.

Sandra Brown brought us to Ocean Isle Beach and this quaint little beach town and the Pierfect Condo will bring us back. We have stayed all around this area but never Ocean Isle Beach. We love it here and will be back. The beach and town was so clean. Pierfect is a cute, comfortable and clean condo. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the balcony is a front row seat to the beautiful ocean. The bed and couch was clean and comfy. It feels like home. This condo is in a great location. Close to the pier and restaurants. And steps to the sand! Lisa is a fabulous and attentive hostess and was very accommodating. We had a great time and was sad to leave.

We loved this condo. Great view, convenient location, quiet and very clean. The beach is literally steps away. We saw many turtle nests and had a family of deer walk right in front of our building almost every night. The owner was very easy to work with. We spent a week at OIB and were celebrating our anniversary. When we arrived there was a bottle of champagne to celebrate. . Highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic property!!

Everything about this stay was excellent.To start, the condo was one of the best we've stayed at. It was clean, the beds were soft, and my kids LOVED the bunk beds. It had everything (pots and pans) we needed to make meals instead of going out every day.The view from the deck was amazing and allowed us to sit and watch the ocean when the kids were tired of being on the beach.The location was also phenomenal. The pool was close and also didn't get the noise when it was busy. It was steps from a great section of the beach. When we were finished with water activities, we were right near a great park for the kids and a mini golf course. We will look to stay here when visiting again.

I’ve never had a bad stay at these condos. The location literally could not be better. This condo in particular (we’ve stayed multiple times - same community- we go every summer) was perfect. Straight downstairs to the pool. Perfect ocean views. What I loved most was that we had access to the outside storage so no lugging up Sandy chairs and umbrellas and coolers every day. Plus they had more chairs and an umbrella for us to borrow. My one single complaint was I wish there was more seating in the living room like a couple arm chairs or recliners as there was only one 3-seat sofa and an accent chair. Other than that 10/10 would 100% recommend.

Very impressed with this condo. Adorably decorated and very up to date. Lisa was very easy to correspond with. Beautiful views and prime location

We had a great time at this beautiful property! The location is amazing and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and attractions. The beach is phenomenal and literally seconds from the front door. The kitchen is well stocked cookware/utensils, everything anyone would need. There is ample beach equipment in the beach closet, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc…We highly recommend and hope to stay here again.
