Location location

2 blocks off the beach with lots in between so you are able to see the ocean and not stacked on top of each other. The outdoor pool area is huge and has amazing amenities.

House was wonderful, had everything you need. Loved that you had multiple options for beach access! Would definitely rent a golf cart next time just because it seemed everyone had one and appeared easy to get around with.

Relaxing get away

The property itself is wonderful! The outdoor space is great with nice chairs and it was nice to have our own pool and hot tub. The house also has comfortable beds. The communication with the property manager was good as well. We did have one slight issue and it was resolved quickly. The only negative we had with the house was that the kitchen was not very well stocked (ie not enough flatware, plates, and drink ware for the number of people staying there as well as just everyday cooking needs). We mostly cook/eat all of meals at the house so it made doing that a little more difficult.

The best in OIB

This is the nicest/cleanest most convenient house I’ve ever stayed in, in OIB. We have been coming for years and this place was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, water was warm, pool and hot tub were clean, the lay out was perfect. It was a plus that the linens were provided. We will definitely book this again or another probuilt home.

Great home and wonderful location! Steps from the beach and beautiful pool area! My only complaint would be very poor WiFi reception which was a little inconvenient when trying to work. Other than that great time was had by all!!

Fun Family Vacation

Excellent property, close to the beach. Easy access to walk to the beach. Beautiful outdoor space and great pool. Enjoyed all the amenities. This house helped to make our yearly family vacation one of the best ones yet.

Amazing new beach house!

We were so impressed with this house! We totally enjoyed our stay! We loved hanging out by the pool and used the hot tub a lot! Beautiful grounds, new gorgeous house, awesome location! We will be back next year for our annual family vacation and want to stay at this beach house again! We have been to 3 beach houses at Ocean Isle and this was by far our favorite!! 10/10 recommend
