Get the best of all worlds – easy access to the beach, Jinks Creek, and the pool! Only a 3-4 minute walk to beach access, and very close access to 1 of 2 Island Park community docks on Jinks Creek, where you can paddle board and fish to your heart’s content. One of two neighborhood pools (open 4/1-10/31) is directly across the street, with easy pool viewing from the deck. Catch the spectacular sunsets over Jinks Creek from the porch, and even a little glimpse of the ocean from the deck. Wake up in an open floorplan with abundant natural light in the living space. Sleeps 8 in beds. Sofa bed & air mattress available if needed. No need to haul bedding, towels, and beach chairs to and from home -- all of this is included for your convenience! The downstairs king bedroom has a large screen smart TV and the most comfy mattress for a good night's rest! The upstairs king bedroom has another ultra comfy mattress and a smart TV.
