Horrible the manager is very rude and condescending, my shower was leaking. They tried to blame me for the leak the shower pan or something must be broken. They tried to charge my card behind my back, blaming me for the leak , even though this was a mechanical issue within the shower try to speak calmly and nicely to the manager. She was out right rude hostile cannot get a word in edgewise would not recommend this hotel.

Not much involvement with staff just 1 time. I asked for extra room keys . The only thing i was asked was for room number, no ID nothing or anything. Room vents had banging noise constantly. Very annoying! Breakfast had special flavored pancakes but in both machines. Wish regular was in at least one.

The room and other areas in the hotel were great. I can’t give 5 stars because in a sparsely booked hotel, a VERY rowdy family was put in the room next to ours. Made our 2nd night less than peaceful.

Room was clean but small. A little hectic for four people and bags. No microwave in room. Staff were nice. Parking was great as it is winter and the town is dead. Breakfast pancakes were good!
