The staff is super friendly and housekeeping did an excellent job. The room was clean and the bathroom was well stocked. The shared balcony was cleaned every morning and there is plenty of seating. It would be nice to have a few lounge chairs, though. The ocean view is beautiful and we got to see the dolphins, and it’s right on the boardwalk, so it’s close to shopping and restaurants, but far enough down from the big crowds on the upper end, but still within walking distance. We’ve stayed here many times, and will continue to visit.

Nice hotel for a little getaway

It was nice stay. The hotel was clean and the location was great. Still on the boardwalk but not down in the crowded area. We were within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. Common balcony was a nice area to sit a people watch on the balcony both day and night.

Location is great! A little run down on amenities, very obvious it hasn’t had an upgrade in years. It is per friendly but didn’t get an option booking with Expedia until we get there and that it’s $35 a night. They need to know in advance to give you a pet friendly room. Hopefully Expedia updates the pet option because it was an inconvenience.

Get new mattresses.

I stayed w my family . The three of us two double beds . The room was small which was manageable , we just had to maneuver around eachother. Being right on the boardwalk was verey convenient for us and the beach. Coffee was availiable all day. Comfort was rough. Beds were old woar out spring mattress and despite a/c in room it was terrably humid. We did not come for the room but a descent night sleep would have made a big differance. None of the rooms have balconys. But each floor had a shared balcony whith a beautiful veiw of ocean and boardwalk which was a bit decieving in the description. Are 2nd time staying here due too convenience and availiability. But will probably be are last due too the miserable night sleep. Alot of people whith pets. Verey animal freindly. Daily housekeeping. 3 stars only for conveience, freindlyness, availiability and clenliness. Price felt a bit much guess due to being right on boardwalk.

I paid too much for this hotel thinking it included my dog but I was charge $35 extra per day for my dog. No swimming pool. Rooms are small hardly any room to walk. Parking was a challenge you didn’t know if you’re gonna have a space when you return if you drive somewhere. One positive thing is the beds were comfortable.

When I booked the room, I believed I was staying in the building on the boardwalk with an elevator — that was the main reason I chose this property. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I learned that my room was actually in a separate building located behind the boardwalk property, which does not have an elevator. This felt like false advertising, whether on the part of the hotel or Expedia. Thankfully, we were only on the second floor, so it wasn’t too many stairs to climb. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious and clean. Housekeeping came daily to tidy up and provide fresh towels, which I appreciated. My other disappointment was with the military discount inquiry. Before arrival, I emailed about it and was told I’d need to call in. When I called, the man who answered initially said they didn’t offer a military discount, but after I mentioned the email, he said he’d call me back in 10 minutes and hung up on me. He never did!! Overall, the stay had its positives, but the elevator misrepresentation and lack of follow-through on customer service left a sour impression.
