The Dunes Court is a great motel - right on the beach and easy drive to the boardwalk if you want. The motel was in good shape, the rooms were comfy and clean. Would stay again!

I would return to Dunes Court again! It was immaculate, pleasant, and economical. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was always access to a wonderful coffee machine in the lobby for endless cups of coffee. Plenty of parking, a clean pool, and close proximity to the beach. Great place!!!

No elevator, no parking they checked me in to 3rd floor room. No paper receipt for my stay and put $200 hold on my credit. Hair left in bathroom shower/bath on the walls which tells me staff does not clean. I only stayed one night and left $4 tip for maid service

Only downside was no elevator and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor with heavy things. Other than that the room was soooo clean. They provide towels make up remover lotions and shampoo, etc. coffee in the room and mini fridge. Enjoyed my stay and will come back!

This was a great motel with great access to the beach. It had a wonderful vintage beach feel. The room overall was extremely clean and comfortable. Only thing I can say was the shower was a little touchy and did have a rust stain from not being able to turn the water completely off. 10/10 would definitely stay here again we loved it.

Really nice property; not fancy at all but they do the basics right. Had a problem with the air conditioner the first night—literally froze, 62° and the gauge wouldn’t go up or down or off, especially an issue when you’re wet from the beach or pool—but maintenance shut it off at the breaker the next day and installed a window unit. Not a perfect fix but good enough to get through our stay. Bottom line, they got on the problem right away and found a solution. Nice people and we would stay again.

Room floor need to be sweep and mop, rug need vacuuming because i was very dirty. Bedding needs to be changed.
