Start your vacation off right at this fabulous oceanfront condo with a bayside balcony to capture the sunsets! Enjoy a full kitchen with plenty of room to cook. Have lunch on the large furnished sundeck and have a solid rest in the master bedroom. Come home and fall asleep to the sounds of the Ocean in the master bedroom that opens to an oceanfront balcony.

The building offers direct beach access, and you'll be within walking distance of several restaurants and shops all along Coastal Highway. Jump in the car or take the bus to Jolly Rogers and Splash Mountain Water Park five miles south.

The 75 foot ocean front pool is open June 1 through Labor day weekend (subject to change per building management)

This condo was not as pictured. It has not been taken care of. From lights not working to balcony doors rusted out and unable to open.we had to check out after 1 and a half days because of problem with the balcony door. Not a great vacation

The Condo was in terrible shape. The "drapes" in the MB did not move. They were attached to the rod with twisted wire. We woke up to burning sunshine in our faces. The drapes in the living room were gross and did not cover the windows. All of the metal in the Condo, including the vents and light fixtures, was rusty. The sliding door was extremely hard to open and disgusting. It had all of this black stuff dried around it, and the door will probably come off soon. The screen door didn't close. There were large, gross stains on the balcony carpet. The entire place needed to be painted. The listing indicated seven people could stay there, but the coffee pot was only a 2-cup pot, and the kitchen wasn't stocked with enough dishes or cooking utensils. The netting on the railing to the balcony was almost completely ripped off. Two of the bar stools had big rips in them. There was a broken towel bar in the bathroom that could rip off your arm if you backed into it. The worst part was that the beds were as hard as rocks!! We couldn't wait to get out of there!! VRBO should be ashamed to let this landlord be a client!!!!! Have you no standards?

Gorgeous views

This location is an absolute dream! You can still hear the ocean, but the noise from the crowds is diminished and the people watching can’t be beat. We enjoyed both decks for sunrise and sunset. My only feedback is that this was honestly one of the worst stocked kitchens in terms of cooking that I have ever stayed in so if you plan to do lots of cooking, bring your key tools. Most of our time was spent on the balcony or the beach, and this was perfect.

The property is charming. The kitchen, living, and dining space were perfect for our family. The biggest draw backs inside the condo we that the kitchen faucet seems half broken. The master shower basin wouldnt drain, and the floors seemed to have a film on them, which is unpleasant for someone who likes to walk barefoot. Also, we had continual issues with accessing the front door of the condo. Seems like the batterybis dead now.

Needs a little TLC but overall great.

I stayed at Irene 1106 this week. The photos are accurate for the decor, spaciousness, location, cleanliness, etc. The location and overall building were perfect. The carpeting in the living area has been replaced with nice vinyl flooring. There are a few repairs that still are needed, like other complaints that were made earlier in the year. 1. Carpeting in bedrooms need a really good shampooing, or possible replacing with similar new flooring. 2. Missing towel rack in the Master BR was recently replaced. But the handyman did not properly anchor it to the drywall, and it fell down with just the weight of a wet towel. :-[ 3. The kitchen looks almost brand new, but yes, one drawer knob just needs to be fixed. 4. The fridge, stove and dishwasher look like new and/or hardly used. Plenty of dishware :-) 5. The kitchen faucet doesn't work correctly and only puts out hot water. Needs fixing. 6. The washer and dryer look like they are from the 80s or 90s. But they work, and that is a blessing in a rental. 7. And then there's the 1970s era toaster oven that shorted out when I used it. Needs to be replaced! 8. Matresses are very firm, look new and we slept well, though I prefer a softer mattress. 9. Check in/check out were a breeze. Would happily come back with all minor repairs in place.

Not as satisfied as I possibly could be.

I sent this to the Vasco information line. Upon arrival, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our stay. Despite promptly addressing these concerns, we have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. Firstly, we encountered difficulty accessing the unit as the lock and code provided were unreliable, requiring multiple attempts before gaining entry. Subsequently, we noticed several maintenance issues within the property: The lights in the dining area flickered intermittently before ceasing to function altogether. Despite our efforts, we could not find appropriate bulbs in the closet provided. There is evidence of visible wear and tear throughout the property, including blue tape on the bathroom shower wall, paint chippings in multiple areas, and unfinished repair work. Non-functional kitchen light fixture. The utensils container was dirty, there was visible dust in several places, and the top of their refrigerator was dirty. Broken bars in the bathrooms. Unsecured or safe appliance cords [we had children on the trip]. The water is backing up in the sink and tub of the master bedroom. A malfunctioning refrigerator failed to cool properly, jeopardizing the safety of our perishable groceries and resulting in a loss of approximately $300 worth of food. Furthermore, despite promptly notifying Jayel on Wednesday at 10 PM after encountering another problematic time entering the room. She never came back.

Horrible place to stay.

Place was not clean at all. Dirty carpet. Embarrassing. Dust everywhere. Dust hanging off the ceiling fans. Light bulbs out. Washer and dryer very loud. Garbage disposal makes loud noises ( could not use) can’t lock sliding doors. Covered sofa and loveseat with sheets because of how dirty they was. I could go on and on!

DON'T DO IT

From the minute I stepped in I knew it was going to be bad...Chipping paint, mold on the ceiling above dining area, dirty filthy black carpet in the bedrooms, bedding and limited kitchen supplies from 1980s and minimalistic kitchen equipment, not clean at all. I do not think the linens had been changed at all. There were ladies fingernails on the carpet of the front bedroom, candy under the bed of themaster, taped shower stall in the master, broken kitchen sink, lights are funky and do not dim - they are either full on or shaky LOL Probably due to the 4 wires rigged togerher in that closet where the furnace is.....dirty white chairs that I wiped down, burn hoiles in each bar stool as well as out on the balcony - carpet full of burn holes, cigarette butts and a blunt on the otuside balcony...Had 1 maintenance guy just come in to try to fix things -he said this unit is in no condition to be rented and left to call his superviser....I ame home one day after lunch to find a maid kicked back on the bayside bacony - I said are you here to clean this unit? She said no, so I asked her WHY ARE YOU ON MY BALCONY THEN? Went inside and called to report it, they told me to go back out and tell her to leave LMAO - like I AM SUPPOSED TO BE ON VACATION.......I called and emailed every single day - I am highly allergic to mold, and cig smoke - so that should tell you how my week went...I seriously could list 100 more things wrong with this unit....like my title says DON'T DO IT !!!

It was a great stay. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and some of its amenities. The game room was awesome, pool was also nice, but was not “indoor heated” as stated in the description. The lights in the room were very sensitive and flickered our entire stay, there was only 1 tv in the entire place. Overall, it was a great stay.

Beautyful view, but

Beautyful place but had its issues 1) Curtians, lack of a full set for both the living room and the master bedroom 2) master bath. The shower was not working properly as there was no good way to hang the hand shower on the wall so u could take a shower 3) carpet...minor....the carpet really needs a good cleaning 4) all the sliding doors and associated glass panels in both the living room and master bedroom were not ableto be closed so that the outside wind was blowing through. All the glass panels had this issue. We had a bad wind storm and with everything closed we could no hear the television over the sound of the wind coming through the glass panels with the few curtains blowing into the room through the cracks in the glass panels frames We will not be going back to the Irene 1106 condo

Great view of the beach!

The place was great! Would stay again! The place was clean when we arrived. Linens were included and ready for use. The description and photos were accurate. Views of the beach and location were great! As previous posters have noted, there are some things that need to be addressed - the handheld showerhead/holder needs to be replaced in the master shower, balcony screen door off the track, but these were minor items to us.

Everything was great :) I just wish the slider in the main bedroom had BLINDS!!!!! It was very difficult to open too. I do wish there would of been an outdoor pool. Other then that everything was very very clean. The VIEW was GREAT!

Property is in need of major repairs!!! Microwave broken, carpet stained, knobs missing, door doesn’t lock, shower doesn’t work ducktaped! No mattress pad on bed! Dirty sheets left at property from prior guests! Room wasn’t cleaned and ready by 4:00! Only thing good is the view of the beach and bay!

Condominium in need of maintenance

There was a lot of things that needed attention. One was a critical safety issue which they were made aware of the day we arrived. There was no lock on the balcony door. We had a toddler with us which concerned us greatly. I was told a ticket would be generated. We left a week later with no repairs made and no follow up. Here is a list of lack of maintenance we delt with. Knobs missing of drawer in kitchen, towel rack in bathroom broken. Shower head in other bathroom broken fixed with electrical tape. Hurricane shutters broken and laying on floor of balcony, blinds in master bedroom broken and laying in pile next to door. Storm door leading out into hallway held by 4 screws. Screen door leading out to balcony had no handle. Previous tenants left clothing behind dresses and tables. Hallway in condominium severely marked up. I worried that I would be blamed so took pictures and documented. It’s to bad great location but no rental standards. Not sure if I would go thru Vacasa next time.

I got to a place that was filthy in the time that we live in(COVID) . No fresh sheets , the beds were not made , no clean towels . The old sheets were on the floor outside the tv or cable were not working . The host on the app was not responsive . The management of the unit were extremely rude walk in the apartment while I was there without any prior notice or my consent . The only positive thing about the place is the location . The pictures are deceiving nothing like how the place look like . Carpet dirty . Bathroom without a mirror .
