I booked an oceanfront room 5 months in advance for my daughter’s 16th bday and paid the price of an oceanfront room. When I got there, I was given an oceanview room. I told the front desk the issue and they didn’t have any oceanfront rooms to switch me to that had two beds that we needed. When I asked to be refunded the difference between oceanview and oceanfront there was nothing they could do. They said I had to contact Expedia. Needless to say, I was super disappointed that this was my daughter’s birthday gift to have an oceanfront room which we have never had before, and it was ruined.

Was happy we ere able to check in an hour early. Our two bed room with pullout sofa was spacious and comfortable. Balcony view was delightful. Lobby coffee was delicious and staff were friendly. The pool and outdoor bathrooms were clean. Parking was plentiful but you have to pay. Wi-Fi was spotty at best.

Property was a nice oceanfront hotel with easy beach access. During our 5 night stay we requested our room to be serviced/cleaned 3 different times. It never happened, we had to retrieve fresh towels ourselves. They don't have enough cleaning staff.

We booked through Expedia in 2/2025 for a July trip for 4 days of a Ocean Front room and paid for an Ocean Front room. When we got there, we were given an Ocean View room. When asking the manager, she said we would need to go through Expedia for a refund because they charged Expedia for Ocean View and not Ocean Front. We have not received a refund for the difference in price.

Amazing location and ease of access to the beach! The rooms were very spacious and the interior design was very cute! Parking was simple and the staff was friendly. Big downside was that our room had a pullout couch but there was no bedding/blankets for it and the front desk did not have any extras.

What makes this property is the location. The location on 45th st is great, we also stayed in an oceanfront room, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel itself was average. Staff was touch and go depending on who you spoke to. The beds were comfortable, but the tv's did not work as advertised. Coffee in the lobby was very good, just wish I could have had it in the room. When requesting stay over service, they came and just threw our towels and trash on the floor outside our door and it just stayed there. Over all because of the amazing balcony I would consider staying again, but would also look at other options as well.

Nice hotel, when we got there our fridge did not work but the man switched it out very quickly for us. But they don’t come around and clean your rooms at all. i had to go to the front desk and ask for a broom just to get the sand off our floor. You have to call and get towels and it will take over a hour before you receive the towels. i booked ocean view and got dunes view and they wouldn’t even let me switch rooms because “they were all booked” They charge you 88$ to park in there parking lot when you get there, and they also charge another 100$ hold when you get there, they say you’ll get back in a week. it’s a decent hotel but if you expect to be on vacation and not have to sweep your own room up, take your towels and trash in the hall for the housekeepers to pick up the next day then this isn’t the hotel for you.
