The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Rafting can be arranged on the River Zrmanja, 10 km away, while the historic city of Zadar, with numerous sights, is 40 km away. In summer: Adriatic Sea 100 m in Vruljica (beach with stones, rocks and bathing plateaus).
