Nice property but some irritants

It's a great house with a lovely little children's pool and a hot tub. It's a bit tired, and I understand that in the absence of income due to Covid upkeep will have fallen behind. The fact that the driveway was blocked by a ton of gravel was annoying as it meant street parking and one of the rental cars suffered Ā£150 of damage. Also it was not clear at the time that the heating of the pool was at an extra Ā£100 for the week. I had to spend too much time texting and on phone calls to get things working.

Lovely villa, good large space. Pool and hot tub were perfect. We all had a great time and would come back to this villa. Owner was very helpful and replied to all communications quickly.

Very pleasant stay

We have been with family and friends and the house is exactly as it appears in the photos. Everything is very good. We had a problem with an appliance and the owners immediately fixed it for us. The house is very clean and everything is very easy. It's a shame that the weather wasn't on our side. Thanks Anne

O tĆ­tulo do anĆŗncio e sua descriĆ§Ć£o afirmavam sobre a existencia de aquecimento da piscina, inclusive com taxas a serem pagas para esta comodidade nos dias de inverno e a sua gratuidade no restante perĆ­odo. Ao chegar no imĆ³vel nĆ£o encontramos aquecimento na piscina e entramos em contacto com o proprietĆ”rio, que resumiu a dizer que nĆ£o havia o tal aquecimento e que se eu quisesse poderia cancelar a reserva. Todos nĆ³s sabemos que existe toda uma logĆ­stica por trĆ”s de uma viagem de fĆ©rias e nĆ£o Ć© simplesmente cancelando uma reserva logo apĆ³s ter acabado de chegar ao local que tudo vai se resolver. As pessoas tem que ter responsabilidade sobre o que anunciam. AlĆ©m disso foi nos informado que a casa nĆ£o possuia ar condicionado e chegando ao local nos deparamos com um grande e recente aparelho instalado, entretanto o proprietĆ”rio nĆ£o disponibiliza o controle para o ligar e o lado da casa que pega sol faz imenso calor a noite. A casa tem boa localizaĆ§Ć£o e estrutura razoĆ”vel, entretanto a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, a quantidade de moscas Ć© insuportĆ”vel dentro e fora da casa. Toda a comunicaĆ§Ć£o com o proprietĆ”rio Ć© feita apenas em inglĆŖs, inclusive todos os avisos e orientaƧƵes disponĆ­veis na casa estĆ£o em inglĆŖs. Acredito que pelo imĆ³vel estar situado em um paĆ­s que nĆ£o tem o inglĆŖs como sua lĆ­ngua, deveria haver o mĆ­nimo esforƧo por parte dos proprietĆ”rios em gastar uns minutos a traduzir as informaƧƵes contidas na casa.

Tres belle maison

Tres belle maison dans un domaine avec tennis et golf . La mer est a 18 min a pied. La plage est absolument magnifique , sauvage et peu frƩquentƩe. La maison a 4 belles chambres et 3 sdb et en plus un wc / evier La piscine et jacuzzi dans le beau jardin sont super . la maison se situe a l entree du domaine au bord de la route somme toute assez frƩquentƩe en aout. Nous recommandons , elle est parfaite pour une grande famille ou 2 couples avec enfants.

TrĆØs belle maison, jolies piĆØces, joli jardin. Une propriĆ©taire adorable et trĆØs disponible. A 20 minutes Ć  pied de la mer. TrĆØs belle plage surveillĆ©e. A 20 minutes en voiture d'un supermarchĆ© ou du marchĆ© couvert de PĆ©niche. Malheureusement rue trĆØs bruyante et passante. Pas de repos tardif le matin. Ɖquipement de gamelles et de poĆŖles non adaptĆ© ou vĆ©tuste pour 9 personnes. ObligĆ© d'acheter un faitout. Ɖquipement de mĆ©nage du sol non adaptĆ©, juste une serpillĆØre. Sachant que la maison venait dā€™ĆŖtre repeinte, donc Ć©normĆ©ment de poussiĆØre. Impossible de marcher pieds nus durant 15 jours sans avoir les pieds noirs. MalgrĆ© cela nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs agrĆ©able sĆ©jour et je recommande cette location et remercie les propriĆ©taires.

GroƟes Haus mit schƶnem Pool, toller Strand

Das Haus ist gerƤumig und gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist ausreichend groƟ und tief und macht viel SpaƟ! Die Lage ist ok, zwar ist die gesamte Anlage sehr ruhig und gepflegt, leider liegt das Haus an der DurchfahrtsstraƟe, so dass man durchaus den StraƟenverkehr hƶrt (Sonntags scheinen viele TagesgƤste zum Golfplatz zu fahren). Zum Strand sind es zu FuƟ etwa 20 Minuten, der Strand selbst ist groƟartig und entspannt, bei unserem Besuch in der Hauptsaison war ein Lifeguard vor Ort, sogar Toiletten sind etwa 10 Minuten vom Treppenaufgang zu finden. Mit dem Auto, was man unbedingt braucht, sind es etwa 15 Minuten in die umliegenden Ortschaften, grĆ¶ĆŸeren SupermƤrkte oder an die belebteren BadestrƤnde. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war schnell und sehr freundlich, bei kleinen Problemen im Haus wurde gleich jemand vorbeigeschickt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert fĆ¼r Familien/Freundesgruppen.

Depois da reserva feita Ć© que nos foi comunicado que o jacuzzi e a piscina aquecida tinham um preƧo extra, uma grande falha que o prĆ³prio site devia obrigar a corrigir. Em relaĆ§Ć£o ao espaƧo exterior , casa e piscina sĆ£o agradĆ”veis tirando as centenas de moscas dentro e fora de casa. A praia mais prĆ³xima nĆ£o ficava a 10 minutos a pĆ© como diz o anĆŗncio e alĆ©m disso estava inacessĆ­vel, foi retirada o Ćŗltimo lance de escadas de acesso. A alternativa com bebĆ©s era ir para a praia de carro.
