Excellent house with all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable stay in Óbidos. This accommodation has 3 bedrooms and a suite, a fully equipped kitchen and living room in open space, also has a games room, 2 bathrooms. Outside there is a generous swimming pool and dining area.

Living room
Located on the first floor, this space is the heart of the house. In it we can find a living area with smart TV, access staircase to the upper floor, dining area with table for 8 people, and, for those who like to cook, a fully equipped kitchen with island, two dishwashers, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, magic wand, combined fridge, coffee machine (DeltaQ capsules).
The stove in winter heats the entire space and provides the necessary comfort on colder days.

Suite
Adjacent to the main room with a comfortable queen size bed and two large bay windows that bring the landscape into the room. The private bathroom is equipped with a generous shower tray with hydromassage column and window to the outside.
This suite also has a closet with space for suitcases and storage of all belongings during the stay and a small safe for valuables.

Junior Room
Located on the upper floor, composed of 3 single beds and equipped with a TV with 120 channels, a video game console that also reads DVDs. A selection of video games and movies are available for younger guests' entertainment. It can be converted into a double room at the guest's request.

Letter room
Also located on the upper floor, it consists of 2 single beds and a desk for those who need a more isolated space to work. It can also be converted into a double room upon request.

Bathroom
Serves the first floor and the two bedrooms on the upper floor. It is equipped with a bathtub, shower tray and a cut-out window in the roof of the house.

Pool house

Games room
Large and bright room equipped with kitchenette, TV, bluetooth speaker, original arcade machine with 3000 games, record player and some board games. The direct access to the pool makes this area of the house the ideal place for well spent afternoons on the hottest summer days. In winter, when the weather is not the best for being outside, the fireplace cozies up the living room with enough space for everyone.

Closet room
A large bookcase converted into a closet christened the most spacious bedroom in the house. With a comfortable queen size bed and a balcony window facing east, it offers an unforgettable sunrise. The charm of the decoration and the careful lighting make this room the most romantic in the house.
Ideal also for those with small children, it can be equipped with a crib at the request of the guest.

Bathroom
Serves the Living Room and the Closet Room. Equipped with shower tray and window to the outside.

Outside

Private parking space
The entrance of the house has space to park up to 6 light vehicles.

Swimming pool
The pool is integrated into the unevenness of the land, sheltered between the hillside and the houses.
Around it the landscaping has been cared for with palm species and rocky elements, all surrounded by a wooden deck space.
It is also equipped with 4 reclining sun loungers, 2 sofas, a side table, a sun hat and a screen that protects from the wind and provides more privacy.
It has about 35m2 and deep is between 1 and 2 meters.

Dining area
Adjacent to the pool and with direct access to the kitchen, the dining area has a wooden table with benches that seats up to 10 people, a sun hat and a charcoal grill.
