Das Hotel liegt eher am südlichen Stadtrand in Alterlaa, es ist eher ein Zweisternehotel. Das Doppelzimmer war sauber, aber insgesamt war das Haus extrem hellhörig. Die Dusche war nur zum Teil verschließbar und hatte kein Duschgel. Dem Fernseher fehlte die Fernbedienung.Das Hotel würde konnte ich wegen der Kurzfristigkeit zu den Osterfeiertagen nicht anders wählen. Besonders gut fand ich den Service beim Frühstück.Es war nur ein MA, der sich um alles kümmerte und er war sehr aufmerksam.

Leider immer Zigarettenrauch im Badezimmer und in den allgemeinen Bereichen, stark abgenützt, Fenster absolut inakzeptabel (im Vogelhaus zieht es weniger), Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sind sauber, Matratzen waren schlecht. Hotel in einer sehr feinen, ruhigen Lage, der Zustand ist allerdings fragwürdig.

What an odd experience. Very strange hotel; from location to the room itself. The room is large and spacious. Many burned out lightbulbs and even a missing handle from the bathroom door. (I found it hiding in a drawer and reattached it myself). Asked the front desk for toilet paper and many hours later, still waiting. Had to ask again, finally restocked. Room was not made up during the day. No fresh towels or well, anything for that matter. No hair dryer/iron. No mini fridge. No phone, not even one to call the front desk (which is rarely occupied). Surfaces are clean but everything else is filthy (mirrors, vents, etc etc) Parking lot extremely tiny. Zero hallway lighting at night. Not sure if bulbs are missing or burned out. Breakfast is lacking. Very little selection. Woken up during the night by what sounded like rodents in the walls. Morning #2. No hot water. I mean zero. For 200 Euro / night this place is a dump. I'm surprised we didn't get murdered.

The shower place in the bath room was not a good one with the spill of water outside the tub. The breakfast was good but they could make it as a hot one for people who preferred and slight changes to the menu could be done on different days instead of the same cold menu everyday. However the service was a good one with a friendly staff.

Für das Hotel spricht eigentlich nur, dass man kostenlos parken kann. Das Zimmer wirkte ziemlich heruntergekommen. Seifenspender waren leer und verschmutzt. Auf der Durchreise gerade so akzeptabel aber wieder buchen würde ich es nicht. Der Preis von 72 Euro war völlig überzogen und auch die drei Sterne absolut nicht angemessen.

Frühstück: Personal grüsst nicht! Von Freitag bis Montag hatte es keinen Saft mehr. Teller waren zum Teil kaputt. Angebot beim Frühstück ist nichts besonderes. Wer etwas später kommt, hat nichts mehr. Zimmer: Fernseher konnte nicht benutzt werden, stockt immer. Kabel hing in der Luft. Steckdose unter dem Bett ist lose und ungesichert. Steckdose Bad ist mit defekt gekennzeichnet. Rezeption fanden wir nur am Donnerstag besetzt, ansonsten war niemand zu sprechen. Erstaunlicherweise war es einigermassen sauber. Ausser des Lüftungsgitters im Bad.

als wir ins Hotel hineinkamen war der Porteir nicht anwesend und als er dann kam, begrüßte er uns nicht und fragte nur nach unseren Namen. 10 Minuten lang suchte er nach dem Gästeblatt und drückte uns den Schlüssel in die Hand. beim betreten des Zimmers roch es bei einem NICHT Raucherzimmer nach Rauch, der Spiegel war verschmirrt und die Kästen waren teilweise kaputt. Als 3 Sterne Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Bezahlung unter 100 € in Bar!!!

Das Hotel liegt gut

Der erste Eindruck ist genau so wie das Hotel auch ist sehr alt und ungepflegt. Kein Service . Da nie jemand da ist . Bein Frühstück liefen Ameisen über die Brötchen und das Müsli. Es wurde sich nicht drum gekümmert.
