The room was exactly what we needed, a base to sleep at for 2 nights. Airport transfer was great and made it so easy after a late flight. Staff friendly and happy to help. Good connections into Zurich with the train station not far away. We found an Aldi across the road, which was convenient for our food and drink for the days out in Zurich.

Very run down and the first room I was given the lock box for the key was sliding around and the key wouldnt work. The front desk team also loudly announces your room number which is a big no no in the hospitality industry for safety reasons. Especially when seeing a lone female checking in. i had 2 different people for the different keys I had to get and they both did it. The shuttle also doesn't drop off at departures which means you have to lug your luggage around the whole airport to get checked in. Given the quality of the room, it should have been under $100 a night.

Super clean and the hotel transportation was great to the airport. You can take the tram close to the hotel, about a five min walk from the tram stop.

Hotel is clean and amenities are in good condition. It’s only 4 subway stops from Zurich HB and city center. The shuttle service to and from the airport is convenient. The only complaint is that our room wants cleaned two days in a row, which wasn’t a big deal as we only needed fresh towels.

The shuttle shuts down from 12 noon to 4 PM and our flight landed at 11:35 AM. We had to really rush from Terminal E to the main terminal, through immigration and all the way to the shuttle, which was quite remotely parked and barely made it ! We were checked in early, which was a good gesture after that experience. The room was OK, but the safe lacked batteries, for which the hotel didn't have a replacement. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station.
