We have stayed at this hotel 8 times before this visit. We have always been happy with our stays and previously, the staff have been very polite and helpful. However, this time, the bar staff were unhelpful and lazy. The restaurant manager and waitress were rude and the service and food was awful.

À notre arrivée, nous avons demandé la possibilité de profiter du spa. Celui-ci était disponible sans créneau horaire mais du coup beaucoup de monde. Nous avions la possibilité d’utiliser des peignoirs et claquettes ce qui est mieux qu’une simple serviette de bain, mais cela nous a coûté cinq euros par personne. Une fois arrivé dans l’espace détente, navré de constater que les équipements ne sont pas fonctionnelle, notamment au niveau d’une douche, hors service et d’une autre hors service, mais non signifie. Hammam sauna, jacuzzi RAS. Température piscine fraîche. De plus, comme déjà vu dans d’autres établissements, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir notre chambre à côté de la zone cuisine au rez-de-chaussée et de + cette chambre était une chambre PMR. Au prix de la nuitée, cela est affligeant. Malgré avoir fait remarquer cela à la réception, il ne nous a été proposé aucune alternative. Dernier avis sur le restaurant de l’hôtel, celui-ci est haut de gamme et les tarifs ni échappent pas. Petit déjeuner non concerné.

Senza poter scegliere, anche se teoricamente avevo preso una camera superior, ero nel sottotetto al secondo piano SENZA ascensore. Camera piccola ma carina, peccato un fortissimo odore di FOGNA che veniva dalla doccia. Anche facendo scorrere l'acqua non è migliorato, e mi ha nauseato tutta la notte. Tutto il resto della struttura è magnifico, ottimo il ristorante e la colazione ricchissima. Purtroppo non ho usufruito di spa etc, quindi non posso giudicarle. Tornerò ma chiederò di non avere la camera 258, o quelle al secondo piano della depandance.
