Covering an area of approximately 63 square meters, this holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers you a generous amount of space: 1 cozy bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer as well as a large living room with high-quality parquet made of oiled oak floorboards and a large television await you. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. On the large balcony with lounge furniture you can thoroughly enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The house has an ironing board and iron as well as a storage room for skis and bicycles.
You can park your car in the underground car park belonging to the house (height 2.00 m). The elevator takes you directly to your holiday apartment without barriers.
The holiday apartment is very quiet, just above the center of Oberammergau. In about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the town center with various sights (Passion Play House and much more), the tourist information office, the train station and many shopping opportunities. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary holiday enjoyment.
