Our inn is a standalone rental property renovated from a traditional Japanese house that is over 100 years old, located in the Hosono area of Obanazawa City, Yamagata Prefecture. It is about a 20-minute drive to the famous tourist spot "Ginzan Onsen," making it a perfect base for those who want to enjoy both sightseeing and nature experiences.
While retaining the charm of a traditional Japanese house, the interior also offers modern comfort, providing a calm space that soothes the fatigue of travel. The scent of tatami and the soft light through shoji screens create an experience as if you have traveled back in time.
In spring, the fresh green leaves; in summer, the fireflies; in autumn, the autumn leaves; and in winter, the snowy landscape—beautiful nature spreads out no matter the season. Especially in winter, Ginzan Onsen is covered in a fantastical snow scene, and when you return to the inn, peace and warmth await you.
