You'll here the ducks at the pond if you decided to sit out on the porches or the deer walking thru. The house is stocked with the essentials when it comes to bedding, towels, and dishes. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a twin air mattress that can be placed in the living room. The two chairs in the living room are recliners and the table can be folded out to fit four people.

This house is situated between Dallas and Houston. As well as surrounded by many smaller towns with shops and attractions.

If you need cleaning during your stay it is available for $25 each cleaning.

Much nicer in person than the pictures. Had a hiccup with the heater but roshell was very responsive in resolving and great with communicating from the beginning. Will stay again when in town.

Serene is no exaggration, quiet & peaceful both day & night! Be sure to pickup supplies before you get there, as there's really no place close by to get groceries. House was clean & cozy, owner was very thoughtful in making sleeping and sitting areas comfortable!
