After a long travel day we arrived exhausted and eager to retire. The front desk staff person was very personable, giving us a room on the first floor. Note we reserved water view and were given a small room overlooking the fenced pool. We returned to the front desk and after some discussion were given a room on the 3rd floor which had our water view. But.... we couldn't get in because the keys did not work. We went downstairs, the keys were reprogrammed and we thought, finally! Still an issue, so maintenance was called. We waited at the door for 10-15 minutes since the only person who could assist was helping someone else. I was insensed, returned to the front desk sharing I was 81 years old, it had been a long day and my back and legs were sore and had enough! Finally the lock was fixed and we were able to get into our room.
On a positive note the room was lovely, the view was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
