A 75” Smart TV in the family room and 50-inch Smart flat-screen TVs in 4 of the bedrooms ensure there’s plenty of entertainment for everyone. Parking Info:

The Oak Island Town Council has approved paid parking on the island, effective from April 1 through September 30. The hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost is $5 per hour, $20 per day, and $80 per week. Limited (1,000) annual passes are available for purchase for $175. Violations will be issued if the new rules are not followed. Please visit the town's site for details.



Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately(airbnb is a seperate fee requested). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Strictly no cats allowed.

Terrific house. Everything was comfortable and clean. Plenty of space inside and the porches were very pleasant. It was a hot week but we could always find the breeze and shade. Beach access very convenient and the pool was great for the kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Prize! The location of the house was perfect for our family. The access to the beach is good, and our family enjoyed our daily walks to the pier for ice cream. We also enjoyed the pool, which was a nice size. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We did have a maintenance need and the management company responded quickly.

We loved our first trip to Oak Island. This home was well equipped to accommodate 4 families including 8 adults and 7 kids between the ages of 2-7. The itrip management team was excellent - anticipating our every need!

My family and I spent a week at the Sea Prize. It was such a wonderful experience. Close access to the beach plus a great pool in the backyard to cool off in. The house is gorgeous and the elevator made it so much easier for my mom to not have to use the stairs. Definitely looking forward to planning another trip.

Great extended Nov stay in OKI

Had a quick & detailed response each time I had a question prior to our arrival, home was perfect for our family of adults (20’s- 80’s) & conveniently located to everything. Loved all the chairs on covered porch. The only request would be to please replace the large rug in the primary BR downstairs - this is a pet friendly property & it has seen better days. A very lovely stay & would stay again

House was perfect for our family. Right across the street was beach access. We brought our 1 elderly dog and they had couch covers which was perfect in addition to the dog bed we brought. Would advise if dog has trouble with stairs there is no carpet or traction in this house for them. Elevator was great for my father in law. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We did have to call the property manager for a kitchen issue and they responded and fixed the issue quickly. A few essential kitchen items were missing from house, like a wine opener- asked the next door neighbors to borrow theirs. Weather was too cold to use the pool. Publix is a short 4 minute drive and it’s close to tennis courts. Bring extra laundry detergent to wash bath towels- kids have a tendency to not hang them up!

The house was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked (except there was no wine opener). The pool was great!! It was near restaurants and shopping (5-10 minute drive). The beach was just a few minutes walk. We loved the front porch with lots of chairs! Highly recommended!The only suggestions we have are: no pool lights, stovetop right front burner not working, no mattress covers under thin sheets, and no kitchen towels.

The Sea Prize at Oak Island

The Sea Prize beach rental was among the best we have had for our week at Oak Island. The house was well located with beach access across the street. Our pool was clean and refreshing. The house was clean, beds made and with plenty of towels. The kitchen was the best stocked with cookware, bakeware, utensils, glasses, etc. I was so impressed! We did have a problem with the elevator on day 1, and the management came within 15 minutes and solved the problem. They quickly fixed a stove issue, thanks to the skills of one of the managers. I would highly recommend this home for a lovely beach week.

We had a wonderful time at Sea Prize! Might want to watch out for an Ant & Cockroach exterminator….. we had a lot!!! The pool was great but was cloudy and dingy when we arrived and never cleared up. Great location and clean except for the bugs.

We had a lovely stay at The Sea Prize rental home. We had a few issues at the beginning of the week with the elevator and the oven but James from iTrip was super responsive and helpful. The home was very accommodating and spacious. We appreciated the amount of seating available on the patio. The only two things we would have changed was wishing the pool fencing extended farther out so that we could more easily let our dogs out. We also had issues with the thermostat changing back to the set temperature throughout the stay. Oh, and we couldn't find a wine opener!The "complaints" were tiny though and overall our stay was truly fantastic. The access to the beach and overall state of the house made it a wonderful stay.

Great Family House

The house was a perfect location. Easy to get to the beach with little ones. The pool was a great bonus as well. Great size house with lots of beds for large families. Property manger was great with quick responses and able to answer lots of questions. The only downfall I would say of this house was the cleaning service. The house was not cleaned very well. There was food and dog hair in chairs, couches and under the couches. Toilets and showers needed to be scrubbed better. I would also have really enjoyed better shade at the pool. Overall the house was great. Our family would definitely come back and stay again in the future.

Our BEST VACATION ever!

The house, furnishings, private pool, view, location—all superb! We stayed Saturday to Saturday and wish now that we had signed up for two weeks instead of one. Our adult children and their spouses all agree—-we haven’t had a better week anywhere since we started our annual summertime family vacations about 6 years ago. The TV’s are superb. One small glitch on the main TV programming the day before leaving & James came right away and fixed. We had a lot of rain and when an island saturated, the bugs seek high ground. Again, we called and James came right away, sprayed, and bugs no more! It’s just a super gorgeous place! If we had anything to add, it would be flood lights out back so at night since the pool doesn’t have internal lighting, the floods would help us keep swimming well into the darkness of night. But that’s a NICE to have, not a NEED to have suggestion. We WILL rent again, probably next summer!

Sea Prize

The house is in excellent condition, just as advertised, and a perfect location. We had a wonderful time on Oak Island and at the house and would definitely return. Very well furnished with ample seating and dining areas. The rocking chairs on the porches looking out to the beach were great. The kitchen was generally well-furnished but some of the pots/pans have seen better days. The grill on the deck off the kitchen was perfectly located (instead of on the ground, two floors down). Upon arrival, there were several broken chairs around the pool that the management company took care of that day. We did have to wait about 45 minutes after we were supposed to get into the house while the cleaning service finished, which wasn't a major issue, but could have caused problems for folks coming in with groceries. The only real gripe we had was the linen service only provided a single towel and washcloth per person, meaning we were washing towels daily. Overall, a great house for staying on Oak Island.
