Located next to Atlantic Waves another 7 Bedroom 6.5 bath twin home. What sets this home apart is its location. There is privacy, it is quiet without the hustle and bustle of traffic going by, and the added enjoyment of the marsh views. This home features two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two microwaves, two living rooms, and two sets of washers and dryers, There is additional parking for your boat or extra guests. There is an elevator to all floors. The island has plenty to offer and things to do. It has a golf course, skate park, mini-golf and arcade, restaurants, ice cream shops, a grocery store and a new Publix is coming, a splash pad for the kids, parks, fishing either onshore or one of our piers, nature trails, multiple beach accesses, Ocean access, inlet access, and the Intercoastal waterway accesses as well. This home is not far from the new bridge which allows easy access to leaving the island. You can go and enjoy the shops and dining close to Southport nestled in where the Cape Fear River, Intercoastal waterway, and the Ocean meet. The views are breathtaking. From there you can take a Ferry either to beautiful Bald Head Island for a day trip or a Ferry to Ft. Fisher and visit the aquarium. The North Carolina Battleship is a favorite destination in nearby downtown Wilmington and Myrtle Beach is just South for even more to do.

Anniversary celebration

We had 9 adults and three kids in our stay. We had a wonderful time. The proximity of the house to the beach was great! The house was plenty big enough for all and then some. Lots of memories made this weekend.

The mattress pads on most all of the beds were full of sand…which got sand all over the floors… otherwise everything and everyone seemed to enjoy their stay.

AMAZING place for a large family!

Words cannot express enough how amazing this place it! We had 23 people in our group. 13 of them were 12 and under and this beautiful home fit us perfectly! The layout and flow are perfectly thought out along with all the other details! The 3 refrigerators help all of our food for the week and the double EVERYTHING in the kitchen was brilliant! I can't say enough about the huge island with all the seats around it and the dining table, or the 6 king bedrooms with all of them having attached bathrooms, or the bunkbed room and the bunkbeds in two of the king rooms. AND the view!! WOW!! The pool was a must for us and it held us all so well! Besides the home being perfect (with an elevator to take your stuff up to your rooms) but Better Beach Rental was also top notch and responded to a couple of self inflicted needs we had right away. We all voted to stay here again instead of going somewhere new because I don't think we could find a home to fit us so well ever again! Thank you for providing your home to us to allow us to make life long memories in!!
