The Rental Agency staff were amazing. The house not so much. We did not reach out to them once we arrived. Kitchen cabinet was broken, this was an easy fix with tools and the hinge. Instead it fell on one of the kids toes when they were helping make dinner. It’s listed with a fully stocked kitchen I strongly disagree, there is no pasta pot and the pots and pans they did have were pretty worn with one having a loose handle. We found a work light under the end table in the living room, the ice machine and water dispenser didn’t work even after following instructions for the ice machine which is like any other in the freezer. There was a review that listed the property having a grill, it does not so prepare accordingly. There was a knife left on the main steps going up to the door, one of our girls pointed it out when we arrived. The hot water doesn’t last (we are a family of 6) for a house advertised to sleep 10. With kids taking showers under 4 minutes by the time we got in after they finished it was like warm at best. To be fair a lot of these things on their own could have been overlooked but it was frustrating for the price paid vs what you get. The house needs some minor repairs and the kitchen needs restocked with stuff that actually supports a large family or a group up to 10. Positives: the pool was clean, cold but clean. The location was great, quiet and safe to take the kids on walks. The fishing pier at the end of the street was an added bonus we found on a walk!
