Location is great, but definitely had flaws. We have never experienced a place where they have you make your own beds when you check-in. For us we found this annoying since we had already drove 10 h, and after unpacking you still had to make the bed for you and your kids. Communication with the host was poor. We went two days without the correct sheets because they failed to respond to our message. Additionally, the house has a definite roach problem! We found one in the main bedroom bathroom and they failed to remove a dead one under the sink by the roach trap lol. Also, they do not communicate clearly when service people will be coming over to the house. Random people showed up and worked on the property and entered the pool area without any notice.
