Inside, the home is bright, open, and thoughtfully laid out with two separate living areas and two fully equipped kitchens. This setup makes it ideal for multiple families or groups traveling together who want both shared space and room to spread out comfortably. Large windows and open gathering spaces bring in natural light and coastal views from nearly every angle.

With four bedrooms, Alma del Mar comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, featuring quality furnishings, comfortable bedding, and a calm coastal feel. Multiple seating areas throughout the home give everyone space to unwind after a day at the beach.

Outside is where this home truly shines. Expansive wraparound decks on both levels showcase panoramic views of the ocean, marsh, and iconic Oak Island sunsets. Guests will enjoy a private saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor bar area with sink, grill, flattop cooking station, and multiple lounge and dining areas designed for easy outdoor living. A private fenced yard and outdoor shower with dual shower heads complete the experience.

Outdoor security cameras are located at exterior entry points for security and weather monitoring only. No pets or smoking allowed.

BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights, April through October, come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more! The choice is yours.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels and mats, hand towels, and wash cloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
