Serviced Apartments in Oak Harbor

The room was appropriate size. However, carpet needed some cleaning as well as some as some repairs in the bathroom. The staff was excellent very welcoming, considerate and accommodating. Air-conditioning was operable. And we did not utilize the gym so I cannot speak to that. Overall, we stayed for an entire week and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your kind kindness.

The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The pool area was nice, the gym is way too small and would be nice if it was available before 6am. The room was on average for cleanliness, surfaces and most areas were fine. The shower ceiling had mold, shower curtain was dirty and don't look behind any furniture, a ton of built up dust and dirt. Housekeeping was where this place fails. It apon request and u requested 3 days in a row, with assurance from the front desk my room would be cleaned and made up, but it never happened
