Looking for the basics at a good price and in a convenient location, this is the place. I liked it for the nostalgia. I stayed there many years ago when it was the Bavarian American Hotel.

Located across from the main train station was very convenient for our travels. The staff was very friendly, we arrived too early for check in, however we were able to have our luggage held until we came back for check in. The room was very clean, updated and comfortable. The bed and pillows were also comfortable and helped give us restful sleep. Overall a great stay in the beautiful city of Nuremberg!

Exorbitant price, polished for booking in this platform with horrible room fully accessible with railings everywhere and no shower an open plan bathroom. When I complained first was told this was the last room and 2 limits later a miracle a different room appeared. One time they did not clean properly with not bringing clean cups at refilling the milk/coffee and you must tell them in advance up to 11am that you want the room cleaned. The excuse eco for the environment.

From check-in, all encounters with staff were pleasant. The hotel location was perfect, as tram and train options were just minutes away, as was the Altstadt. There were interesting attractions in Nuremberg with a number of good museums visited.

Well appointed room with everything we needed. Comfortable bed and a good price. Easy walking to the centre. Quite a busy area but room was well soundproofed and quiet. Bar staff were great and I had a perfect Negroni. We would have liked a better restaurant offering than just bar meals, but otherwise it was all great.

We stayed for one night the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean. However the walls were thin and could hear traffic, people talking, and the doors did not have a soft close so we could hear them slamming all night.

We were given a room that we could hear traffic and people noise late in the evening with all the windows closed. The fridge and phone did not worked. The staff were helpful to address the issues, moving us twice to a quieter room. However, after the move, the room was not cleaned and still not cleaned even after we requested it in the afternoon. Some of the exercise machines in the fitness center were not working properly. Breakfast choice was ok. If you are a light sleeper and don’t want hassle with your stay, I recommend looking for other hotel choices in the area.

Great location. Nice breakfast to start the day. We found the breakfast to be fast and efficient. You can even order select items such as omelettes and fried eggs. We loved the location. Right in front of the Tram and three minute. Walk to the train station. And about a five minute walk to the beginning of the old town. We also enjoyed winding down with the evening with a cocktail at the hotel’s lobby bar..

We found the location of the Park Plaza to be perfect. We wanted to do a lot of travelling around and this hotel is in easy walking distance to the train station and the tram station is on the doorstep. It is a short walk from the old town - what more could you ask for?
