Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. I don't know whats going on (maybe so many smokers?) the hotel has the constant aroma of heavy floral air freshener and it’s EVERYWHERE!! Lots of carpeting and the hotel is saturated with this irritating aroma. i had to take an anti-histamine.

Staff were very good. The young man who checked us in gave a great dining recommendation of traditional German food not too far from the hotel. Room was fine and although the restaurant was closed the reception area had a good range of snacks and drinks at a reasonable price

1 night stay. 2 elevators to get to our room. Up to the 5th, down a 75 meter hallway, down to the 4th floor. Shower door opened in. Had to practically get goosed by the faucet to get the door closed. Could not get the ac to work. An average rating is generous.

Excellent stay. Nice room. Clean hotel. Excellent value for money. Perfect location to walk into the historic part of town. Easy to get to from airport on tube. 5 stars. Minor Gripes: One pillow, too soft. Air con was poor. Gym basic. No English speaking TV channels (not a big deal).

Wonderful property, extremely friendly staff, gorgeous upgraded room for my birthday, birthday recognition and gifts, all this adds up that made my stay very special over 3 nights, 4 days. Service was kind, beautiful, friendly and memorable. Breakfast was ideal, fresh, light, healthy and yet again delivered with a smile, most attractive staff, so friendly and nice. Warm regards and I sincerely hope to enjoy the Park Inn by Radisson in Nuremberg in my future again. Highly recommend.
