Very nice hotel! Reviews we’re Great so have it s Shot. Glad we did. Very beautiful hotel. Staff welcoming and helpful. Great Location next to Main Train Station very quiet though. Underground goes direct to Airport. The Hotel offers each room Daily a free bottle of Mineral water. Very nice welcoming touch!! Some 5 Star Hotels could learn from them. The rooms are really spacious and you don‘t feel cramped. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Beautiful spread of high quality food. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Convenient to everything

This is within a very short walking distance from the main railway station and old town, and the trams (eg to ZeppelinField). We had a very quiet, comfortable courtyard room. The staff were helpful.

Avoid for ev chargers and for service

We stayed one night at Hotel Leonardo Royal in Nuremberg and had a frustrating experience, mainly due to mismanaged EV parking and poor service. We chose this hotel because it advertised EV chargers, planning to charge our car overnight after a long drive. On arrival, we found several chargers — all blocked by diesel cars. Despite raising the issue with staff and the manager, no real help was offered. Their only suggestion was to “check back ourselves” to see if a spot opened. This is unacceptable. A hotel promoting EV facilities should ensure they are accessible, not rely on guests to solve the issue. We even suggested a simple car swap to access a charger — a reasonable solution — but were met with excuses instead of action. Staff were defensive and unhelpful throughout. It didn’t end there. We asked for a kettle and were told to come get it ourselves. Even budget hotels offer better service than this. In short, the hotel’s service and management fell far short of expectations. There was no proactive support, no accountability, and no customer focus. Would not recommend — especially if you drive an EV or expect basic hospitality

Everything about this hotel was fabulous especially the ladies at the front desk. They were very helpful. The rooms were nice and very quiet and was an easy walk into Old Town.
