Overall very good, although considering the location right near Albrecht Durer's Playz, it wasn't as authentic as we had hoped. A bit sterile. Staff were great. Parking was a bit of a chore since our rental vehicle was too large for the lift system at the hotel.

Excellent, really pleasant staff, I would stay again and will go back. I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them, especially the afternoon/evening staff who saved my hat. ;) The hotel has a charm, with solid service for a business trip. Basic breakfast is available along with a full bar for the evening. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The location is in an alley in the old town center, with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Lorenzkirche train station and a short walk to the castle.

The location was perfect! We were in Salzburg for the Christmas market it was a quick 5 minute walk. Super close to the castles as well. Many dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent! Rooms very comfortable and a very nice bar in the lobby! Will definitely stay here again!

After three days of stay, I absolutely adored this place! The hotel is located in a peaceful, tidy location that is easily accessible by foot from the old town and other tourist sites. I was here for the Christmas markets, and I thought it was interesting to stroll about. Without a doubt, I would suggest this place to everyone.
