Der Outdoorbereich ist derzeit noch im Ausbau, kann aber schon gerne genutzt werden – perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit an der frischen Luft.

Direkt vor der Haustür findest du einige der hippsten Cafés, Bars und Restaurants Nürnbergs. Supermärkte und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs erreichst du bequem zu Fuß. Our modern and cozy studio is located right in the trendy district of Gostenhof, on the lower ground floor (-1) of a charming building. Despite the central location, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of a private courtyard.

The outdoor area is currently still under construction but can already be used – perfect for a short break in the fresh air.

Right outside your door you’ll find some of Nuremberg’s hippest cafés, bars, and restaurants. Supermarkets and daily essentials are within easy walking distance. The U-Bahn station (5 minutes) takes you directly to the Nuremberg Fair as well as all other parts of the city. The Old Town can be reached in 10–15 minutes on foot.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Lage des Studios ist hervorragend – in fünf Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Plärrer und damit mitten in Nürnberg. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr stylish eingerichtet, mit hochwertigen Möbeln und allem, was man braucht. Mit viel Platz, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt und auch länger bleiben kann. Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei. Besonders positiv war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin: sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Spontane Anfragen waren kein Problem, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt, auch wenn es auf unserer Seite nicht der Fall war. Vielen Dank dafür. Insgesamt eine wirklich coole Bude – wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Studio uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, ausser zu den Zeiten, in denen wir es buchen wollen. : )
