ACCOMODATIONS
Two-Story Layout: This unit features a "loft" design with high ceilings and massive windows. The first floor has the main living area, kitchen, and some bedrooms, while the second floor offers more bedrooms and private upper terraces.
Downstairs: Features a master suite with a king-size bed and a second guest room with two double beds.
Upstairs: Features a second master suite with a king-size bed and another guest room with two double beds.
Bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. You’ll find jetted whirlpool tubs, dual sinks, and walk-in showers for a spa-like feel in every room.
Gourmet Kitchen & Dining: A full kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast bar for four, and a dining table that seats 10.
Private Terrace & Plunge Pool: A large wrap-around deck with your own private pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area.

The Estates Grill: A high-end but casual spot by the Estates pool, great for breakfast and lunch.
Brezza: A beautiful Mediterranean restaurant located right in the Estates area for quiet, upscale dinners.
Priority Reservations: As an Estates guest, you get priority booking at the resort’s other restaurants.
ACTIVITIES AND POOLS
Estates-Only Pools: You have access to private, quiet pools that are only for Estates guests. These are much less crowded than the main resort pools.
The SkyDream Gondola: Since the Estates are a bit more secluded, you can take the scenic gondola to get to the beach, the golf courses, or the entertainment areas.
Resort-Wide Access: You also have full access to all 9 Grand Luxxe pools, the Grand Mayan wave pools, the Lazy River, and the daily "Joy Club" activities like water volleyball and salsa lessons.
SPA AND FITNESS
The Estates Spa: A private, jungle-themed spa just for you. It features a unique outdoor hydrotherapy circuit with hot and cold pools.
Private Fitness Center: A dedicated gym for Estates guests with brand-new equipment and a very quiet atmosphere.
