The all staff and the receptionists Alexandra and Gabriela are very friendly and profesional and they represent the Hotel Very Well. I recommend this property to anyone Traveling to Nuevo casas Grandes.. All the property is very and and maintained. I will continue to stay here when I travel back.

Los Cedros is a top hotel in this area. The staff was incredibly courteous, the facilities were very new, and the complimentary breakfast was well worth it, featuring typical Northern Mexican food, as well as some North American items.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious with a lot of variety! We felt very safe and enjoyed the layout of the hotel. Several families stayed there for a family reunion, and it was perfect. If a pool is important to you just be aware of that it is very small.
