There was construction happened for my entire stay. I complained numerous times. I called the front desk, no manager came to talk to me. I called Expedia and someone from your management lied and said that I was notified about the construction upon arrival. Then days later I received a bottle of wine and some pastries with an apology note 2 days before check out . I spent $2500 to be disturbed ever morning 10am accra time, 5am my time back home.

Staff was definitely top tier. Especially the concierge and catering staff. I didnt find the front desk staff too friendly. Hotel is super nice. Massive pool and a kid playing area.
