Very nice surroundings with the golf course.
Good hotel. Very nice views from rooms. Would have liked a fridge as it was quite warm in the room. Didn't realize that you had to pay for parking until checking out.

Rezeption: sehr unterschiedlich hilfreich.
Eincheckzeiten zu kundenunfreundlich!!! Obwohl zum 3. Mal im Hotel - immer vom Golfhotel Balmer See kommend - konnten wir nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Es wurde auch kein Versuch unternommen, einmal beim Housekeeping anzurufen. Das nächste Jahr werden wir dann gleich am Balmer See bleiben, um keinen Tag zu verlieren.
