jean-philippe GORNIK 1/5 il y a un jour sur Google J avais une rĂ©servation via expedia une chambre pour une nuit dans cet Ă©tablissement. Lors de mon arrivĂ©e dans l aprĂšs-midi la personne qui me reçoit me dit que la chambre n est pas tout Ă  fait prĂȘte et de patienter quelques minutes ( il m a offert jne boisson pour patienter) Il revient ensuite me voir pour me dire que maintenant il ne trouve aucune rĂ©servation Ă  mon nom. Je contacte via chat expĂ©dia qui n arrivant pas Ă  joindre l hĂŽtel annule ma rĂ©servation et me rembourse. Je demande donc au gĂ©rant si il a une chambre de libre que je lui rĂ©glerai directement et il me rĂ©ponds "non non, on ne travaille qu avec Booking, vous n avez qu Ă  demander Ă  votre site de vous trouver un autre hĂŽtel" Bref vu que ce monsieur ne souhaitait pas travailler je suis allĂ© ailleurs, il a perdu une nuit d hĂŽtel et un repas
