Villa Lele is situated in a peaceful and picturesque fishing town of Novigrad, Zadar County.
This modern Mediterranean style villa is designed as a complex that consists of the main house and the small stone house by the pool. The main house is on two floors and there is a large furnished roof terrace. The roof terrace offers a spectacular view of the mountain Velebit and Novigrad Sea and is great for people who love star and moon gazing at night. There is a spacious living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. In the main house, there are also three bedrooms and three bathrooms with walk-in showers. The small stone house has a large bedroom and a bathroom.
The whole villa is air-conditioned and has free internet access (Wi-fi). Also, there is free private parking on the property of the house.
The best part of the villa is a private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a free-to-use barbecue facility with a covered terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining.
The scenic town of Novigrad is situated in the middle of a mild and fascinating nature. It is surrounded by the Novigrad Sea and the beautiful mountain of Velebit so it is an ideal vacation place or a starting point in discovering the natural beauties of Dalmatia. If you like hiking, you can visit Paklenica National Park which is 30km away. You can also visit the NP Kornati (50km), waterfalls in Krka National Park (70km) and stunning NP Plitvice Lakes (120km). If you like water sports you can go rafting or canoeing on the river Zrmanja which flows into the Novigrad Sea. The sea is full of fish so you can enjoy underwater fishing.
The ancient core of the city of Zadar is 32km away, while Zadar Airport is at the distance of 22km.
