The only separation between the pool and terrace area are formed by retractable glass windows. This way, the pool can be used throughout the whole year, regardless of the weather conditions.



Magnificent villa Lorena features altogether 4 spacious and luxurious bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are also 4 nicely equipped bathrooms as well as one separate toilet at the guests’ disposal. The modern and elegant kitchen with dining area features top-notch appliances, whilst the impressively spacious living room area provides an unforgettable view of the sunset and looks like it is spectacularly suspended over the sea. Villa Lorena has three large terraces which are ideal for sun-bathing. The rooftop terrace has been branded as "Heaven for all senses" since it offers an unrestricted 360 degrees panoramic view over the crystal-clear and sparkling Adriatic Sea as well as of the picturesque and lively town of Novigrad.



Thanks to its location in the city centre, villa Lorena is minutes away from local shops, restaurants and bars. Novigrad is located on the Western coast of Istria, two kilometres north from the mouth of the river Mirna and about 20 km south from the borders with Slovenia and Italy. Not only does the town boast rich cultural heritage and preserved natural beauty, but it is also an architectural jewel filled with astonishing historical sites. One example of the rich history of Novigrad are the famous city walls that have embraced and protected the town for centuries.



Novigrad is also one of the top Istrian gourmet destinations. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
