The hotel was fine. The property was tired and outdated. Our room needed an update. It was also located right next to the 101 so it was loud starting about 6:30 am. The pool said online that it was heated. But it isn't in January. So no use even having it open. I would say that the property was probably very nice about 20 years ago. But needs a solid update. Would not stay again. The bright spot was the customer service. The communication via text was excellent. They responded to anything we needed quickly. The staff was great. Some variety in the breakfast would be nice. They served the same thing 4 days in a row. Not much selection. Overall I wouldn't stay here again. Lots of other choices in the SF Bay Area.

All staff was helpful. Breakfast area was quite spacious, food was well arranged and it never was crowded at the various stations. The only issue was small but important to me. I need an extra washcloth for my eyes. I requested one and when we returned to our room instead of three (2+1) there was one. Next day made the same request. Next day had to make the request again. I guess there was a communication problem. We did spend four nights and found the facilities well thought out. Thank you for good holiday stay.

The room was much nicer than I had anticipated. They do have some rooms with decks to the garden which would have been nicer since I was traveling with dogs but I didn't notice that till after I already checked in. You can hear the freeway but it's not as bad as you would imagine since the hotel is right next to the freeway.

(1) The accommodations were great. The room was quite spacious and clean. (2) However, the wait time when checking in/out could be shorter if additional staff were available to help. (3) The non-disabled parking spaces were all taken so we had to park at the next building on a cold, rainy night.
