We had a wonderful stay! Everything was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and always happy to help. From the moment your reservation is confirmed, you receive clear instructions by email, and the team is always available by phone or at the front desk if you need anything. We felt very safe, welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Novara! We would definitely stay here again.
