The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers everything for self-catering: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, gas/electric combination cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as crockery and cutlery. A large dining table provides space for 6-8 people, ideal for shared meals.



Particularly attractive is the large furnished terrace in the garden area with 40 m², which offers direct access to the garden. A barbecue is also located here, which can be used in consultation with the other guests. A small, private terrace at the entrance area offers an additional sea view.



The apartment is located just a few steps from the sea. Small sandy coves are located directly nearby, larger beaches are accessible within 800 m to 2 km. The beaches slope gently into the water, which is particularly ideal for families with children. The cosy garden with Mediterranean plants such as palms, olive trees and oleander invites you to relax, sun loungers and parasols are available to all guests. For boats, a mooring with a buoy is available on request, parking spaces are available directly at the house.



The holiday resort of Stara Novalja offers supermarkets, restaurants, diving centres and a tourist information office. The surrounding area is excellent for hiking and cycling, and the famous party beach Zrce is only 7 km away.
