Nice and relaxing getaway!

Pros: Large, comfortable room with ocean view.
Cons: Some biscuits and a small milk could be provided with the in room tea/coffee station.
Location: Beautiful beach was across the road. Lovely walks along the esplanade with a variety of cafes and restaurants (some of which were very expensive)
We had never been to New Caledonia before and had no idea where to stay in Noumea. After searching around a few sites/hotels we decided on this one, purely due to it's price. It was comfortable and great value for money. We were given a lovely room with a view of the ocean. The room was large and bathroom was clean and practical. Hotel gardens and pool were relaxing and well maintained. The lift was slow and tiny, so we took the stairs each day. Some coffee and tea was provided in room, but it would be nice to have some milk (they had dried packet milk). It may not be the best hotel, nor the best we have stayed at around the world.. but we will come back and stay here again.

Lovely location, quiet and just by the beach.

Pros: I liked the room
Cons: Telephone charges are crazy..too expensive
Location: Very good
I felt really comfortable in the hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful (seeing that I am English speaking).

Beautiful location & setting

Pros: The beautiful setting
Cons: Information on the hotel, local facilities and tours available. We had to go online and to the local tourist centre to find out the info we needed.
Location: Perfect. Directly opposite the beach. Near restaurants, cafes, shops. Handy to the bus stop. Within walking distance of water taxis & aquarium.
We loved the beautiful pool and garden setting. The location in Anse Vata was fantastic. Just opposite the beach, near bars and restaurants, and handy for public transport. In the wing that we were staying the rooms could do with a bit of an update and the lift was extremely cozy for two people and bags. My 70 year old Mum and I opted to use the stairs to get to the 3rd level. Tourist information was a bit limited....we didn't even had a compendium in our room explaining the services available at the hotel. However, we thought it was comfortable, convenient and extremely good value. We would happily stay again.
