Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Poor service
The pillow cases and duvet covers smell so bad. Nobody cares if you are sleeping or not because someone was playing music at 1am and there is another guy making calls and running up and down the house 2am.
