Villa indipendente unico livello. La soluzione è composta da ingresso su ampio salone con tv, divano e cucina in muratura con piano cottura a induzione. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto, stoviglie, macchinetta caffè, frigo con possibilità di accesso in veranda dove troverete un zona barbecue. Le camere da letto sono tre di cui una padronale climatizzata con bagno in camera. Camera matrimoniale 2 sempre climatizzata e un camera con due letti singoli e clima. Ogni stanza ha la sua finestra. PARTE ESTERNA, molto comoda anche questa con ampio spazio sia per macchina, che per pranzare all'esterno coperti dal sole sia una parte per godersi il sole. Inoltre sempre all'esterno ci sono due comodissime docce per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa in spiaggia.
