LA PERPETUA is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in Noto. A refined dwelling in the historic center of Cianazzo (Noto Alta), an elegant and silent area, in the shadow of the imposing dome of the Chiesa del SS. Crucifix, ideal for one or two couples, for a group of friends or for one or two families.
LA PERPETUA is composed on the ground floor of a living room / kitchen (where there is a sofa bed) and a large double bedroom with an exclusive bathroom (where it is possible to add a cot or a cot), and on the first floor of a double bedroom with exclusive bathroom and walk-in closet (where a cot can be added). It is located in a strategic position, because it is only three minutes from the spectacular staircases leading to the heart of the city of Noto.
From LA PERPETUA it is easy to get around easily on foot in the city, and is just a short walk from the shuttle bus stop to reach Lido di Noto and Calabernardo, the marine area 6 km from the city. It is about 5 km from San Corrado Fuori Le Mura, a suitable place for country walks or outdoor runs, 11 km from the Vendicari Nature Reserve and 23 km from Marzamemi. Nearby there is a newsstand, a bar, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a grocery store, a bakery, a tobacconist and mail. In addition, we note the proximity and ease of reaching the emergency room and the hospital medical service.
