Brand new property

The property must be brand new, which means all is perfect and modern, but the place lacks atmosphere and warmth. Very sparsely furnished. But most importantly: you don't rent the villa but guestrooms plus a small kitchen. Great if you look for just comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and a pool. Disappointing if you look to spend relaxing comfortable days in the countryhouse with cooking and al fresco dining (no outside lights!).
